To process a warranty claim you must send or take your product to our physical store in Medellín: Avenida 74B #39-69 local 201, attaching the invoice or dated proof of purchase.

All our products with closures and/or zippers such as fanny packs, backpacks, jackets; with pockets such as hoodies, shorts, among others, they have a 3-month guarantee on seams, fabric and zippers. The product is previously reviewed, it must not be altered, broken by force or broken. In the event that it does not meet our warranty requirements, it will not be made. After 90 calendar days, the guarantee expires.
