If you want to change the size of any of our products, you must meet the following requirements:

- GUARANTEE:

All our products with zippers and seams such as: Jackets, fanny packs, shorts, backpacks, hoodies, among others, have a 3-month warranty for zippers and seams. The product must be sent to our store in Medellín and it is previously reviewed, we verify that the closure or seam was not intentionally forced and we will proceed to make its respective arrangement. We DO NOT change them for new products. We have 8 business days to make the guarantee and return the product in perfect working order. After 3 months the warranty expires.


- RETURNS:

We check all our products before shipping, however, if there is a problem with the product, or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 5 business days of receiving the product. All products must be returned in their original packaging. As long as the product arrives in brand new condition, we will have no problem refunding the full purchase amount within 30 days of receiving the request.

In accordance with the right of withdrawal established by law 1480 art. 47, the maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal is 5 business days from the delivery of the product (date of receipt in the guide of the carrier).

The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. Transportation costs and others that lead to the return will be covered by the consumer.
